Well what is on my desk this Wednesday. I had to do a sympathy card for a friend of my OH. So as usual I couldn't find anything suitable so ran to a couple of local craft shops but couldn't find anything there. So had a look at a download site and found a decoupage sheet that was just what I was looking for. But there was a minimum spend so found some nice looking cupcake sheets so I have been printing them. Also are some decoupage toppers from the La Pashe christmas range that I have made up as I am going to make some christmas cards soon well I hope to.
For those that are interested in the pups there is only one left and he is going to his new home on Friday. The rest have now left for their new homes. So I parted with Buster who was my favourite. Next week I will have kitten pictures as Polly gave birth to 6 kittens yesterday. Yes I know I am mad with all these animals.

Yes, I think I need to think about C cards soon.... yikes!
ReplyDeleteI've never downloaded digital art, but I can't believe you have to buy a minimum amount when buying digital. I can understand it when selling tangible items because you must weigh and package them. But digital? I'm so glad you pointed this out. I sure learned something (and not so good, either) this morning. Happy WOYWW.
ReplyDeleteoooooh kittens - roll on next week :)
ReplyDeleteahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh so sweet
ReplyDeleteI refuse to think about the dreaded C cards.
Hugs
Kay

ReplyDeleteIt's a shame about minimum spends for digital stuff, but understandable when there's fees to pay with companies like Visa and Mastercard or Paypal... TFS!
ReplyDeleteI'm not ready to think of Christmas yet :-) Love the pup.
ReplyDeleteA x
Ah I agree - those decoupage images are really nice. Really - did you HAVE to buy something, you had NOTHING suitable, not even one single flower??!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteLol, I bought a 'with sympathy' stamp for this very reason - it will go with anything, frankly. But you shop/download all you want, we're not going to stop you, lol. Helen S
ReplyDeleteLove the Santa! I'm always late for Christmas, when is it this year? Lovely creative desk!
ReplyDeleteHave a great woyww!
((Lyn))
Those cupackes look delicious, who can resist such sweet temptation.
ReplyDeleteHow can you bear to part with your lovely puppies, they're gogeous. Can't wait to see the kittens though!!

Blimey Elaine - its like a menagerie at your place LOL... I'd be in seventh heaven with all those cute little babies about... rather puppies and kittens than human babies!!!!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about finding it difficult to make a sympathy card. I have found the embossing folder of the tree from 'Crafts Too' is a good one to use for this purpose. there is something about the tree that makes it appropriate - but i can't put my finger on it.
Can't wait to see pics of the kittens.
Take care

Puppies and now kittens!
ReplyDeleteHow fun!
:)

ReplyDeleteI've given up making Christmas cards- I usually send a newsletter by email! You're not mad to have cats and dogs- they love you no matter what!
ReplyDeleteLots of great stuff going on on your desk. That puppy is so cute! You're not mad...unless I'm mad too. I have 3 dogs and 3 birds. lol.
